I was so happy with the restaurants right in Terminal 2! The location is excellent and the lobby staff were helpful. I also loved the luggage transfer service. My suitcases sent from Kyoto arrived so fast. The pajama was such a treat and the soundproofing was perfect.

The breakfast was expensive.

convenient location airport ramp difficult check-in bathroom hair

The hotel's location connected to the airport terminal made travel smooth. I found the staff to be very courteous. Our room had a great view of the airport ramp. It was a plus that the room was dark and quiet despite outside plane activity.

Check-in could have been smoother. I forgot my passport. I received more questioning than at other points in my domestic travel. I found hair on the bathroom wall and in the bath.

slow check-in limited vegetarian options

the check-in process felt slow. i found that a lot of paperwork was necessary. the breakfast buffet had limited vegetarian options. i expected more fresh fruit.
